Well I'm looking for the fighter practice more than Larp because I like the fighting more than the role playing. So if you know of anything pleas tell me. Thanks. _________________ If you haven't tryed it I just might have. |

| In the snohomish county area we are starting up a halfway house game between SCA and Amtgard. Harder hitting than amtgard, weighted weapons, but less armor requirments and no billy club swords like the sca. Also a good focus on costuming apearence and character development. |

There are several options:
Unification LARP runs Battle Days every Sunday afternoon, but the local group is in Bellevue. If you're willing to drive that far, we'd love to have you.
Otherwise, if you're looking for primarily fighting, your best bet is Amtgard. There are Amtgard chapters in both Spanaway and Olympia, whichever would be closer for you.
Of course, if you're interested in starting your own Unification group down there, we'd love to have a new one! If you need more information, let me know.
Thanks,
Luke Matthews

I think the billy club is harder in hitting cuz it can be fatal if hit to the person especially the person who used it is experienced. _________________ Women can stand a beating except when it is with their own police billy club. |

I usually call SCA heavy baseball bat combat. _________________ Just when you thought the worse was over. Here I am. :0) |

Amtgard , Dagorhir , Empire of Adria which is shinai, rapier, heavy steel. There are other groups out there that are just combat only. _________________ Just when you thought the worse was over. Here I am. :0) |

What kind of practice? A hard one or a easy one?
Hmmmm.. _________________ Well, not very scientific, they mainly consisted of whacking a variety of pens with GI Joe swords. The pen always lost. |
