New Picture Gallery

Well, I have the new LARP picture gallery accessible to the LARP List members now. The program is still "buggy" (No offense, Buggy). If you guys see any problems or can't figure it out, just post under this topic. Members are limited to 1MB of space. Please don't abuse this. I really appreciate it.

I'm taking submissions. Members, please feel free to use this. I'm sure other members would enjoy seeing other people's events.

Just make sure you create an album first. All pictures will be saved under your user gallery (members will have around 1MB of storage space).

Hierarchy: Gallery --> Album --> Pictures

Awesome, Now Shade, do members have just 1 megabyte of space or is the size limit one meg per pic? I uploaded three pics under a meg each. If I did it wrong, let me know and I will take them out.
The reason I am asking on the forum is in case anyone else is confused on this.

Smashing of an idea for a gallery, a good nexus point this is to share not only our groups, but even pics!

Hey Victor,

The amount of space I allocated for pictures is 1MB. I have a limited amount of space on my server (125MB). of which the actual site is using 60MB.

So you can download images until you hit the 1MB limit. Just keep the size of each picture reasonable.

If it become popular, I may consider bumping up the amount of space available. Don't think I have enough space for all 800 members, though Razz

Ah,well I noticed that the pictures, wheni uploaded them were condenesed somehow.
Is this supposd to happen?

If you want to see how much space you have left, just click on admin mode and choose My Profile. I think the pictures are modified a bit when they are uploaded.

Woo hoo...a place for my pics! Already posted my stuff...hope you guys enjoy. Only thing is I have so many pictures that there's not enough space to hold them all! Very Happy

If there is an interest, I can bump up the limit to 2MB. I'll have to get more space from my web service provider. Let me know.

I increased the disk space for pictures up to 2MB instead of 1MB. Enjoy!
