Yeaa kind of new to larping, but after some talking with a couple of friends of mine, we decided to create our own Larp, and currently... The way things are going are ridiculously funny. We are currently trapped trying to find good locations, and we're all pretty much broke 90% of the time and, have well... Nothing...

We don't have armors, they're expensive and we're not the most creative bunch... Well I kind of am but I don't have much in the way of materils we just use our imaginations for most part. We have swords (Nerf swords aren't so bad afterall) we get a little into it when we swing at each other...

We currently, constantly, playing located out of my backyard, and we don't have much a crew.......

Anyone wanna discuss some ideas of something I can do? I got my first complaint from my friend that he doesn't like the location anymore because it's cramped, though me and my other friend amused the group with charging at each other, and both jumping off a stump to collide in midair, but that's beside the point!..

I just have no clue what I keep getting myself into anymore .-. And no clue what to tell the group when I say, someone has to play monsters and shop keepers...

Feel free to contact me with any thoughts or questions on my email Deathjawthealmighty@gmail.com

Even feel free to contact me if you have some sort of interest! Because, seriously... More people to help are needed, and there will be benefits and learning for small new minds like mine to learn how to do certain things!

Today's List of things for me to do?:
The only reason I'm posting this is so people know what I'm up to... And not thinking that I'm just taking complaints and ignoring them lmfao. I care about what my players want...

Task 1: scout new places to larp, checking out a few wooded areas... One has quad riders, but, it has a lake, and nice little areas... Another has cool features like dried lake beds, and tons of other things that look cool. Then I'll just try and look for another one.
Task 2: work on my sword? Maybe... That requires work, and I was up all night...
Task 3: scout out actors! I need crew members... I'll talk to people I know... They might help a bit...
Task 4: tell my older brother that him being a mini-game master, is going to be ridiculously funny whenever he tries things...
Task 5: go to sleep.......... Eventually.

we are located in Middlesex County there is no age limit, and I can give a full run down of things, currently it's cost free because the venue is my backyard or these woods I've been looking at. And yes we can get you up to our level no problem, though there are large details of this LARP that vary greatly from other larps which I will go to great extents to describe to you eventually. Because currently I have been drinking a little and don't feel like typing much more. Just shoot me an email with your name, and anything you would like to know. My email is in the first post because I felt I should place it there.

My only question is this. The Nero part of your posting name. Are you saying you represent NERO the group or it's just part of your posting name?

It's just part of my posting name because of my characters name in the larp, and Trenchy is just an uber powerful monster I came up with for my larp

Ahhh ok.. Just making sure. Any luck with your group yet? If not try advertising at the local game store.

Well currently we're only a group of 5 and kind of disorganized. I'm trying to stay small for the time being because I have to figure some things out still because the this larp is, is just still gotta organize some things, like more monsters and such

Reminds me of when I used to run my own LRP group. Wish you good luck and hope things work out.

Thank ya' kindly sir I am currently enjoying things as they roll out, right now we're not very far into the story. The small party has just learned they have a purpose, but they know not what yet.

my plans for another day off not to be wasted:

A walk through the woods again? Maybe.
Try and organize the current group for a group photo, it would be nice.
Try and figure out what I was doing wrong on Ironliege while trying to place a custom order, that it kept telling me I didn't enter an email address, phone number, or description?
Be a very blah blah person

Well tell me about your rules?

Can someone just walk up and start playing or have to read a rulebook?

Costumes, Makeup and props? What do you have?

Hit walmart after Halloween to get all the mask and makeup on clearance.

Well the ruled are very easy to follow which boils down to respect and not hitting anyone in the head on purpose, and if an arguement occurs just ask whoever is in charge aka me.

Anyone can walk up and start playing after creating their character

We have some makeup and some little costume parts, mostly the makeup is used for critters like rats, and we have some weapons, all in beatup conditions showing how sometimes serious fights get I'm working on props when the temperature cools off and I decide to ascend into my attic.

As for Walmart, I'll go there, eventually and check some things out

And we are not part of JLAG honestly I don't even know what that is lmfao

Also as far as rules go, if you're a member of the crew you'd only have to read the small documents of gods, and try to memorize some creature stats.
