I like the rules. They're nicely written and look good. You've kept the mechanics quite simple, but there're plenty of spells to interest players who want a variety of spellslinging, which suits a Mage game.
I sense that you've designed a kind of ecology of characters, items, and locations into your setting and rules, although I haven't read it closely enough to get a sense of how that ecology might work. I'm very interested in this style of larp design, which I've termed simulation larp in discussions elsewhere, and which I see as ideally suited to player-driven larp. I'd be interested to hear your design approach for this - perhaps in the Organising forum if you don't want to derail this event notice, or via PM if you don't want to expose the design publically. |

The first event will cost $15, not 20 that was originally posted.
Also, on Jan 30th, we will be gathering for the day in Bellevue, WA for a free In-Game, costumed session to test out the rules and to allow players get a feel for their characters.

And you would totally be welcome to attend!!
I'm actually looking at 10 or more players for the day game in Bellevue, which is comparable to the gatherings when Mortal Tears ran, and that was a game that attracted 70+ players for the full weekend events.
It sure seems that more and more people are curious to see how a LARP w/o GM's is going to work and I'm happy to see them willing to check it out.
Facebook has been helping a lot as I have been posting event dates there... look me up! (Biomechine Productions) _________________ Club Crimson: a Vampire Nerf game - http://www.biomechine.net/clubcrimson/

The role-play gathering on Jan 30th turned out great! 14 people arrived at the house and played for about 4 hours. They are building the town structure and making it their own....very exciting!!!
Next is the weekend event at Camp Brinkley Feb 12th!!! _________________ Club Crimson: a Vampire Nerf game - http://www.biomechine.net/clubcrimson/
