UK live action roleplaying (LARP) event organiser Freedom LRP (www.freedomlrp.co.uk) has released the first version of its free genre neutral rules set – the Freedom Engine.
The Freedom Engine contains a generic structure and rules set to create, run and take part in Live Roleplaying games in any genre.

You can take part in an exclusive preview a new kind of LARP from Xanodria Productions. Zombie-fest '09 is set to take place later this year. We are providing you a sneak peak at this action packed game Friday, May 1, 2009 from 7PM to 9PM at the Blue Mountain Campground.
Players can attend this two hour mini event for only $5. This is a pre-event to our scheduled Medieval Fantasy LARP, Game 2, which is scheduled to start on Saturday May 2, 2009 at 12 noon.

MadhatterrGames Presents will be hosting it's first Vampire the Masquerade LARP event on the second saturday in May 2009. Sign-In will be at 5:30pm and game will start at 6pm and go until Midnight.

Neverdale is a home-brewed world using rules inspired by the Mind's Eye Theatre system (Rock-Paper-Scissors for combat, etc.). It is a fantasy-medieval type of world with faeries, demons, dwarves and elves. The game is being run by Michael Birkes, who has run several games at GameStorm, as well as an 8-year long Vampire Chronicle.

Darkhollow larp is a new game that is looking for players and staff.
Players looking for a different and challenging larp are welcome to join us. Get in on the ground floor and have a headstart on future players. Our first event is May 8-10 2009, and is just $30 to play!
If you are looking to join as Campaign Staff, we are looking for experienced larpers who wish to entertain players in a challenging and plot intensive environment.

The campaign sets the players in the world of Darkhollow, a land that has been long lost and trapped within the Mists. The people that remain trapped in Darkhollow are trying to piece together their past, not only to remember the old ways, but to recover the knowledge of their own past that lead them there.
Restless spirits wander the land, some trying to find rest, some seeking to torment the living, others for unknown reasons. Vile undead creatures stalk the night, hatefully attacking the living beings they are jealous of.
The Darkhollow campaign was designed as a game that focuses on plot, atmosphere, and roleplaying. We have developed a story-rich setting that places players in a challenging and entertaining environment, and we work hard to try and include every player in our plots.
